Exploration

Each project is a new topic. And when a new topic comes up, you have to know it well. That is why we devote a lot of time to understanding who we design for and how we can meet the needs of our customers. We collect as much material as possible to help us look at the project from different perspectives. We use, among others, desk research or workshops with clients, users and experts.

Research

You don't understand something? Ask. You don't know which solution to choose? Ask. That's why we ask a lot of questions. Research with users is an integral part of our work. The knowledge we can gain from them is irreplaceable in creating solutions for our customers. We use, among other things, in-depth interviews, qualitative research, customer path research, and usability studies.

Design

In the design department we translate the results of research and workshops into finished products. We work on the strategy and business objectives to present a proposed solution. We often take part in workshops with our customers and help to run them. We use the following tools on a daily basis: Figma, Axure, Adobe package and Principle.

Management

Without good management, there is no good project. Because how to run a project well if the quality, schedule, budget and customer relations are not taken care of? Our project managers support the whole team to make the work as efficient as possible. And our customers have one contact person to contact for all matters.
