As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be part of a team responsible for creating exciting and engaging projects! We create and redefine interactive products and services with a special focus on contemporary technology and business contexts, but also social and climate challenges. - Experience: at least 4 years of work - you will be a senior.
- Collaboration: you will be in a close relationship not only with designers, but also with PMs and researchers, which is why it is so important for us to be able to work with the entire Cogision+ team
- Openness: you always have the courage in you to say "hello" :)
- Nothing is impossible: in other words, you find a solution to every problem (well, almost every problem ;) )
- Ability to synthesize: you are able to clearly and concretely formulate goals, requirements, conclusions, thoughts
- Really good English: we don't have the time to polish your English
- Hunger for knowledge: you are forever looking for new solutions, ideas, concepts
- Being a geek: you are interested in new technologies, startups, digital solutions, looking for unconventional solutions

- Good knowledge of design and prototyping software: we work in Figma and are supported by the Adobe suite, but if you also have other experience, e.g. related to no-code (Webflow, Bubble), it will be a big bonus
